Historical Notes
This fire-proof building contained a main cell for men and a separate one for women. It had bathroom facilities and electric lights and was heated with stoves. During the 1916-1918 biennium, the jail housed one minor who was sentenced to the state penitentiary and held no inmates on December 1, 1918.
