Description
This black and white photograph shows the Immanuel Deaconess Institute's third hospital's lobby. The French doors on the right lead to the hospital hallway and patient areas. An unidentified person can be seen working in the office. On the left, though not pictured, are doors leading outside. On the left, by the window, is the switchboard. There are wicker chairs around the lobby with a small table in the middle. This photo was taken looking at the south side of the lobby.

Historical Notes
The third hospital opened May 24, 1926. The Nazareth Home (first hospital) becomes the Home for the Aged and the second hospital is remodeled and named Invalid Home.
