Historical Notes
John Smith Crow was born in Paris, Missouri, February 25, 1891, to Enos Kerr and Minnie Arnold Crow. He moved to David City, Nebraska, with his parents some time before the 1920 Census, which lists him as living with his parents, working as a bookkeeper in a bank. John moved to California and married Edna Wano Gleed, December 16, 1922, in San Bernadino. According to the 1930 Census, John and Edna were living in Long Beach, California, where John was working as a bank cashier. John died December, 1963, in Long Beach.
