This 6" x 3" black and white drawing shows a birds eye view of multiple buildings owned by Cushman Motor Works. The large three-story building in the foreground has a sign that reads "Cushman Motor Works." There are people walking in front of the building and automobiles on the street. There are two smaller buildings in the background. "Cushman Motor Works" is written on the drawing.
The University of Nebraska-Lincoln's facilities at the northwest corner of 21st and Vine Streets is hardly recognizable as the former Cushman Motors complex, illustrated in this bird's eye view. However, a few of the curved parapet factory buildings are still extant and visible from the north. C. W. Shaffer was the president of Cushman Motor Works in the late 1920s, when this somewhat fanciful view was probably drawn.
