Meginnis & Schaumberg designed the Federal Trust Building at 13th and N Streets in Lincoln in 1927. The Gothic Revival ornament includes a bold terra cotta cornice, and an ornate bank room on the east side of the first floor. Federal Trust Company advertised in 1929 that it provided "Investments, Loans, Insurance, and Safety Deposit Boxes." The property is listed on the National Register of Historic Places.
