Color postcard (14 x 9 cm.) with an exterior view of the George H. Payne residence at 5505 Farnam in the Dundee neighborhood of Omaha, Nebraska. The house and the stone wall in front of it are largely overgrown with decorative foliage. The yard is highly landscaped and in bloom. The title "Grounds of G. H. Payne's Residence, Dundee, Omaha, Neb." is in the top left side of the card.
George H. Payne moved to Omaha in 1885 at the age of 21. In the 1890s he established the Payne Investment Company, and, as president of Eastern Realty Company, proceeded to make a fortune in the real estate business.
