DescriptionThe exterior of the Ritz Theatre at night can be seen in this 8" x 10" black and white acetate negative. There is a large crowd in front of the building, made up mostly of African Americans. The theatre has a vertical sign that reads "Ritz" and a marquee that reads: The finest all talking, singing, dancing pictures." Signs hanging from the bottom of the marquee advertise a show called "4 Days Wonder.
